Cameron D Simmons

Cameron is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation.  He is also a Certified Mediator.  Cameron began his career representing insurance companies and did so until 2006.  It was then that he switched sides and began to represent injured workers.  So he has the unique perspective of having represented both parties in a worker's comp case.  

As you can see, there is only Cameron in this firm.  So when you hire us, you get Cameron.  Not a case manager, not a paralegal. Cameron.

Cameron's mediation practice is heavily weighted to the mediation of workers' compensation cases.  In those instances, he acts as a neutral to help the parties resolve their differences.

Cameron also offers his services to other regional Plaintiff firms.  From an Of Counsel position, he manages the outside firm's worker's compensation practice utilizing that firm's staff.
